Description:
On the bagless day, 13th April 2024, we got an opportunity to meet Mrs Debonila Dey as our resource person for TRAVEL and TOURISM for our Vocational Education class in our school .
She is the Regional Manager of MakeMyTrip , a renowned travel company / portal.
She took a session on travel and tourism for an hour with the students of classes VI to VIII who had opted for Travel and Toursim.
We got to know a lot of information about the topic which were not known to us.
She also helped us to understand the topic more with a help of ppt presentation.
It was an interesting and fun filled session which included lots of questions answers , a quiz and videos.
We thank our school Principal , Mrs J Gomes for introducing Vocational Education in school this academic session.
I, on the behalf of the entire group thank our teachers too for arranging this engaging session. Infact , a hands in activity followed the session and the tips shared in the PPT , helped us to design our pamphlets .
Mrs.Dey appreciated our handmade thankyou card as well and said that was precious to her.
We are looking forward to having more such sessions in future.
