Head Girl's Message

“Coming together is the beginning, keeping together is progress, working together is success.”

Respected teachers and fellow students,

It is my honour and pride to be the Head Girl of this prestigious institution, Loreto Day School,Elliot Road. I've spent more than thirteen years in this school which nurtured me and gave me confidence, motivated and empowered me and today I stand before you as the leader of this school. Being the Head Girl requires a lot of sacrifice, hardwork and tolerance and I would like to thank the student body and most respected teachers for electing me and believing in me. I promise to live up to your expectations and to not let you down. Our school with its Principal, teachers and staff treat each and every student as its own child. It provides ample opportunities to make us realize our hidden talents so as to fly high:explore unlimitedly and grow to be a matured individual. Lastly I would like to tell all the students to have faith and believe in themselves as Ralph Waldo Emerson had rightly said

“Believe in yourself, our strength grows out of our weakness.”
